Resending Messages if you run out of credits

If you run out of credits at the time of sending SMS, the platform will allow you to resend these automatically.

NOTE: This feature is only available when messages are submitted via API or have been previously rescheduled. Submitting messages from the platform for immediate sending will be prevented if you do not have enough SMS credits at the time.

touchSMS will notify you when you have run out of SMS credits for sending – see notifications.

If you are sending SMS using our API or have pre-scheduled the message and since run out of credits, the platform will alert you that you have messages available for automatic resending.

 

Clicking resend these messages, will allow you to view and resend these.

These are only available for 24 hours from failure time and can also be viewed by visiting https://app.touchsms.com.au/sms/resend when you login.
