Sending SMS Using Your Trial Credits
Any messages sent to unverified numbers (any number other than those registered in Sender ID’s, including the number registered to your account) during your Free Trial period, will be subject to review before submission to the carrier for delivery.
To ensure that no fraudulent, misleading, misrepresented or abusive content is transmitted via our platform, messages sent during your Free Trial period will be reviewed before they are submitted for delivery.
Messages are reviewed during business hours, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) before being released to the carrier for delivery. During business hours, messages are usually reviewed and processed within 10 minutes – those sent outside of business hours can take up to 24 hours to release.
To avoid delays in delivery and testing during your free trial, messages sent to verified numbers on your account (those registered in Sender ID’s, including the number registered to your account), will NOT be subject to review.
