Opt Out Link
When sending marketing/promotional SMS, it is possible to capture and manage recipient Opt Outs automatically by allowing them to click on Your Opt Out URL.
To manage your Opt Out URL go to:
- Opt Outs
- Opt Out Link tab
Here you will see your unique Opt Out URL
To automatically send a confirmation SMS to recipients who unsubscribe using this function, simply compose your message in the Opt Out Confirmation Message area and click Save.
When composing your message, instruct your recipient to click on the link to unsubscribe.
ie. “Opt out? https://optout.click/dWJdvn”
The recipient will be directed to a webpage and asked to enter their mobile number, then click Submit Opt Out to be unsubscribed.
