Two Way SMS – Enabling Replies to SMS
touchSMS gives you the ability to enable Two Way SMS or in other words, get replies from messages sent from touchSMS. Here’s how:
1. Navigate to SMS > Send SMS
2. Build your recipients list by entering or pasting numbers in the text area provided or selecting from Contacts/Groups.
3. Your message composition tools appear under Campaign Details on the right of your Send SMS screen.
4. Use the From drop-down to select your Sender ID
Allow Replies: Select Shared Number or a Virtual Number. Replies from these messages will be recorded in the Web Inbox and Report. You can elect for a copy of replies to be sent to your email.
Tip: Your reply settings affect the available Sender ID options. Your reply option will be set to ON by default. See our other articles Understanding your Sender ID options
