Inbound SMS Notifications – Browser Notifications (Chrome)
To ensure you never miss a reply to an SMS you have sent, you can enable touchSMS browser notifications in Chrome.
To enable Reply to browser notifications, go to;
1. Access Google Chrome Settings or type chrome://settings into your Chrome URL bar.
2. Navigate to Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
3. Select Notifications under Permissions.
4. Use the search bar in the top right to locate “touchSMS” or scroll down to find https://app.touchsms.com.au/ > Click the arrow to view permissions for this site
5. Set Notifications to Allow
6. Restart Chrome to allow changes to take effect
