Enable SMS via LEAP by nominating touchSMS as your Email SMS provider.
You will need to ensure the address used to send emails from LEAP, is registered in your touchSMS EMAIL to SMS settings.
Setup
LEAP Desktop:
Click the LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings.
LEAP Web:
Click > Settings > Application Settings.
The LEAP Application Settings will open in a new window
Creating an Email as SMS

Open the matter.

Make sure you’re on the Details & Correspondence tab.

Right-click a Card that you wish to send a text message to and select Message via Email.

Select the appropriate number from the list.

(Optional) Click
to select an Email Template to use for the body of your message.

Click OK.
A new e-mail will open in Microsoft Outlook.

The selected number will display in the To field with the SMS Provider Domain as the suffix.

Complete the email and click Send or Time & Send to send the email and create a new Time Entry.
