Splynx supports SMS notifications through external SMS gateway providers. By connecting Splynx to the touchSMS API, you can send SMS notifications directly from the Splynx CRM to your customers.
This guide explains how to configure Splynx to send SMS messages using your touchSMS account.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have the following:

Step 1 – Obtain your touchSMS API credentials
You will need the following information from your touchSMS account:

API Access Token

API Token ID
-
Your verified Sender ID or Virtual Number
These credentials allow Splynx to authenticate with the touchSMS messaging platform.
Step 2 – Configure the Splynx SMS gateway
Splynx allows custom SMS providers to be configured via its SMS gateway settings.
