Notifications
To change your notification preferences, go to;
1. Settings > Profile & Settings
2. Select the Notifications tab
3. Enable the Low Balance Notification toggle to set up email alerts for low SMS credit.
You will be able to nominate at what number of credits, the alert will trigger.
4. If you would like to receive a weekly email with a summary of your sending activity, use the toggle to enable the Weekly Delivery Summary Email.
5. To be sent an email whenever you receive an inbound SMS, toggle the Inbound SMS Email option to on.
6. Use the toggle to set your Marketing Communication option
7. Save your changes
Tip: You will be notified when the SMS credits on your account reach/ fall below this threshold.
