Receiving MMS

To receive MMS, you must purchase an MMS Virtual Number for your touchSMS account.

As with SMS, there is no charge associated with receiving MMS to your touchSMS Virtual Number.

Contacts can simply text in or reply to your Virtual Number with an image.

Inbound MMS will appear in SMS Chat and Reports – images can be downloaded and saved.

NOTE: Inbound video content sent to your Virtual Number may not be compatible to play in your browser. To view this content:

1. Open SMS Chat and click on the video file – this will open in a new tab
2. Right click on the screen and select Save As or Save Video As
3. Save file to you local directory
4. Use VLC or a similar player to view the video.
