Reply Path Options
touchSMS allows for replies ON or OFF to your messages. Here’s how:
1. Navigate to SMS > Send SMS
2. Your Message Composition tools appear on the right of your message sending screen under Campaign Details.
3. Use the From to select your reply option.
Allow Replies: Select Shared Number or a Virtual Number. Replies from these messages will be recorded in the Web Inbox and Report. You can elect for a copy of replies to be sent to your email.
Block Replies: Select a Sender ID from your verified list below Sender ID – No Replies. Recipients are not able to reply to these messages.

By default your reply options are set to ON you change your default SMS settings in Profile & Settings view article Default SMS Settings
